September 25, 200521 yr Author For sure I hope he shuts down LoDuca for the rest of the season. He needs the rest. And I don't see any harm in letting some of the other starters get a few days off either. I'd like to see what Hermida can do with consectutive starts.

September 25, 200521 yr Come on, seriously. Hermida in RF, Wilson at 2B, Treanor at C, Willingham in LF. Hell, put Aguila in CF if you want to. Stop playing hurt players.
September 25, 200521 yr Author I'm somewhat doubtful it will happen though, except perhaps letting LoDuca have the rest of the season off. Paulie may object and want to stay in there knowing him. At this point McKeon probably has a pretty good idea he won't be back, so what motivation does he have to play the youngsters anyway? He will probably stick with the veterans who helped him win his WS ring.
