B The X Games

some of the skiing events are cool.

i like the moguls cause i think that is hard as balls, and then hockey is alright...keep figure skating away from me...and i like seeing people kill themselves in the short track speedskating

I love the Winter Olympics, but it sucks that almost none of it is on live. Only hockey, I think.

 

Short-track speedskating is awesome. Regular speedskating is cool. Love the skiing and boarding stuff. Don't really care for the figureskating. Or the curling. All the ceremonial BS is lame.

I like the bobsledding and luge events. Probably because I grew up sledding down hills. Of course we(sledders) didn't have the speed that the bobsledders achieve, but if still is a lot of fun. Especially if you had a hill with a slight dropoff.....flying through the air can be very exhilarating.....

The only thing I care about is the hockey, but I am sure I will check out different events. I like the curling as well.

Weird but true fact, there is a curling club less than 1/2 mile behind my house.

I must admit I am surprised by all the love for curling.

 

I find the excitement level somewhere between watching other people play shuffleboard and watching the housekeeper sweep the floor.

Well, I am pretty easily entertained. Besides, I mean how cool is it that a sport uses brooms? That's freaking awesome!

BTW - interesting note on the supermodel/musician/Italian Tire Heiress that carried the Italian flag in, she's actually a hometown girl from Tourin. I think that's a pretty cool honor.

The biathalon is awesome... it's basically the MAN's version of all the other skiing sports combined but it also involves precision rifle shooting.

 

I only plan on watching the biathalon and hockey, mabye some speed skating, and that's it.

 

It's pretty sad that figure skating gets the highest ratings...

 

Also, all the java sh*t on nbcolympics.com like the schedule doesn't work for me. Is there anywhere else I can go for the complete TV scheduling by sport?
