If that's over the hill, I'll take it anyway...he's also only 31. He made 30 starts last year, he's gonna make 28-30 this year, that's healthy enough for me.

But if we are going to spend the money, go get Vlad and put Conine at 1B. You could then trade Encarnacion and make Cabs the full time starter. Saves more money and our OF gets A LOT better. The Marlins have a lot of flexibility coming this offseason, which is what this FO set up to do after this last season.
