OK, I bought tickets in the following section: Seat location: section 400SRO, row E00, seats 21-22. Can you guys please specify where I'll be sitting, how is the view and provide me with a seating diagram of American Airlines Arena that shows where I am sitting, and any information for parking, how much would it be? Thanks in advance.

You won't be sitting.

SRO=standing room only.

I am assuming you will be standing in the 400 level.

WOW, is their a way to get my money back from ticket master than and get ticks that are sitting type?

Besides EBAY?

Doubt it.

What do you mean only Ebay would have those ticks or only ebay gives back refunds?

I mean if you want to get rid of them sell them on ebay.

I really doubt the Heat would give you refunds.

I actually stood there for the Pistions game this season.. You better get there early, if not you will be standing in the back and wont be able to see anything...

The Marlins have a better chance at winning the world series this season than you getting a refund.. They do not offer refunds for nothing!

Don't ever buy tickets unless you know where they are...

It says Standing Room Only but assigns a seat location... wtf?

Anytime I have bought general admission tickets for anything there is always a seat number like that. They need a way to determine how many tickets they are selling and that is a place holder. Also, I looked up heat tickets on Ticketmaster today and it clearly says in the description "Standing Room Only". Because of that, a refund is never going to happen....

What I would do is check with the ticket office before the game, like an hour before or so, you might be able to upgrade them....From my heat experience, they get tickets back close to game time. sometimes the teams don't use all of their tickets and give them back to sell.

Good job on buying a product you dont know what it is first off.

Second, nice to see the bandwagon Miami fans showing up for the playoffs.

Of the Heat?

umm no.

How much were they

How much were they

There were no less than 15 I bet, probably 20, plus with all those garbage service fees online (if he ordered them online) each ticket probably came out to 26 bucks....

I checked for tickets for the hell of it today and was able to find 2 tickets for game 1 in row 6 of the 400 level for 40 bucks each. Unfortunately I have no spending money right now.

All he did was try to buy tickets and was not aware of what exactly they were. Never made a simple mistake? Your real purpose was to call out Miami fans, and that got shot down, so don't try to act like you've made some great discovery or done some great ownage. All you've said is that he should know what he's getting, and he thought that he did.
