At beautiful Petco Park in San Diego, CA.

Our guy

# 34 Scott Olsen, LHP

4-3, 5.6 ERA

vs

Their guy

#52 Clay Hensley, RHP

4-4, 4.15 ERA

-----------------------------------------

Scotty O has had a few bad starts, 4 starts in which his ERA for those 4 games was 12.7. But in his other 6 starts, he has been quite good, totaling an era in the 2.7 range. This has espicially been the case after Girardi told him whos boss and Messenger gave him some more tough love, as in his last two starts he has went 2-0, 13.2 IP, and has a 2.73 ERA.

The Marlins faced Hensley twice this year, both in relief, in the series earlier at Dolphin Stadium. In those two appearances, he pitched 2 innings, giving up only 1 hit, but 2 walks and an earned run. He also K'd four in two innings of work.

------------------------------------------

Let's hope Scotty's recent string of successful starts keeps on rolling. Spacious Petco Park is always a nice place to pitch, but Scotty has never pitched there or faced the Padres. Lets hope that doesn't come back to bite him in the ass.

Hensley's ERA at home is 4.86, yet he is 3-2 at Petco. Hopefully we can jump all over him, but Hensley has shown he can still win at home even with a high ERA. Let's try to reverse his fortunes.

You stay classy San Diego

I didn't watch last game so I can't give any accurate prediction. But here a prediction on Moehler next game: he'll get a good quality outing in his next game after that tough game that should wake him up saying he can't get lazy on pitches. I bet he has learn that lesson and will apply it for the next 2 outing and then go back to the Moehler we all know.

I'm scare, Ramirez is slumping. This might effect the rest of the line up. Well, the top 4 lineup. Cabrera is also having a hard time lately, this might get in the head of Uggla soon and Jacobs is just being hot right now. It a good thing to know Uggla avg is not just because of being hot, because he hjas prove he deserve to be at the low .300 - top .200. If he does get in a slump, it should just be for 3 games only and some of this :banghead for our whole line up. That why I think this game is crucial, to determine if we are visiting April soon.

Is this on tv?

We need a win tonite folks cause Daddy doesnt like our chances against Peavy tommorow with Big Mo on the mound.
