July 3, 200620 yr I wonder who's alter-ego this is. I first thought Das, because he quadruple spaces every paragraph, but I figured this jackasses views were too extreme for Das, so i'm thinking Buckeye. Sorry, I don't have any celebrity accounts or alter-egos on this site. I don't feel the need. If I thought your sig sucks, and I do, I'd just tell you. Why would I need to hide behind some stupid alter-ego? Colbert is definitely Dodge, though. I'm convinced.
July 3, 200620 yr Kind of off-topic. But Stephen Colbert isn't funny. Nor is Jon Stewart. So overrated. +1
July 3, 200620 yr Kind of off-topic. But Stephen Colbert isn't funny. Nor is Jon Stewart. So overrated. I love how he bashes both guys, and then says that he can't give a reason why. If you're going to go after them, then at least say WHY you don't find them funny. I guess if you don't realize that "The Colbert Report" is a parody of Bill O'Reilly's "The O'Reilly Factor", then you might be lost.

Let's go to our friend Webster: o?pin?ion n. A belief or conclusion held with confidence but not substantiated by positive knowledge or proof Ooh, wow, Colbert is doing a parody of O'Reilly! Nice!

He doesn't like them. I, for one, think Jon Stewart sucks as a stand-up and can't stand his old 75% Jew schtick he always did. But, I like him as a writer (his book Naked Pictures of Famous People was pretty good) and he's okay on the Daily Show. I wouldn't go out of my way to watch. Colbert, I have no opinion on except to say the little I've seen was pretty funny. I watched the presidential thing and when Olbermann was on, courtest of Youtube. It's like asking the Coke drinker why they drink Coke.
July 3, 200620 yr :lol you are absolutely not a libertarian, you're a hardcore far left liberal whether you acknowledge it or not. If it walks like a duck and talks like a duck... . Everybody is a far left liberal to you. Remember that time you felt bad for that homeless person for just a second? Yup, frikkin communist. .

I'm surprised he didn't just agree with me, since Libertarian has the evil "Liber" which of course begins the word "Liberal." And yes, I am a Libertarian (registered, yay!). If you think I'm something different, that's fine.

No, Buckeye really is a far left liberal, a few weeks ago when all of us did that political chart survey thing, Buckeye was the most extreme left winger on here. The last part of your post was pretty funny though :lol .

Uh, no I wasn't. http://www.marlinbaseball.com/forums/index...dpost&p=1170620 I think you're confusing me with someone else. Because I fell into the same place I always have. Where the Dalai Llama lands is usually where I'm at. Still low enough and left enough to be a Libertarian. For the record, MrMarlin93, SoFlaFish, fyatuk and Flying_Mollusk were all more left with me (even if by increments).
July 3, 200620 yr A few comments on this topic: 1. Accord's sig image is stupid, but par for the course for him, so people need to get the f*** over it. He's an extremely far right guy, but so be it. If you don't like the image, get Firefox and adblock the image and bam, it's not even there anymore. 2. I'm pretty much convinced liberals AND conservatives hate this country, because they're trying their best to undermine what this country stood for and has the ability to be. 3. Stephen Colbert and John Stewart range from hilarious to extremely unfunny, almost always depending on writing, neither is particularly brilliant because of their own doing. Some people may like them for whatever reasons, but that's their prerogative. I'm not going to dislike someone because of their TV show taste, that's as dumb as hating someone for not wearing Nikes or something. 4. The celebrity accounts have to start dying in the very near future. 5. Can we keep the name-calling to a minimum?
July 3, 200620 yr I wonder who's alter-ego this is. I first thought Das, because he quadruple spaces every paragraph, but I figured this jackasses views were too extreme for Das, so i'm thinking Buckeye. You wish. And your sig is one of the most off the wall things you have ever done you damn right wing conservative. Damn every time I see you post I thank God on a daily basis that I saw the light many years ago.
