August 30, 200620 yr I'm going to say Vernon Davis. He will get a lot of looks from Alex Smith this season. He's already proven he's a good end zone threat last week. He'll be good this year. Very good. Bush will contend but I think Davis will take it.

Yeah, I drafted him sometimes around the 9th or 10th pick. My bet is he'll be in around the 3rd of 4th game. Dillon looks banged up to me and I don't think he'll be getting as many snaps (I could see him being the homerun hitter on 3rd downs, similar to the Bus on short yardage situations).

I think Dillon eventually becomes the short yardage guy with Maroney taking over the majority of the carries.
