I'm just surprised at the fan dynamic. If this were 2001 everyone would be yelling Go Tigers and saying they hated the Yankees. Since they haven't won since 2000, I guess that tide has turned and now everyone would be rooting against the Red Sox if they were in it.

Just look at his board handle and discount the opinion, thats what I usually do. I'm a Sox fan and I have absolutely 100% respect for Jeter, I have for a long time. I have no problem with him. He, Torre, and Mo are good guys I've never hated on them sans the heat of the battle. The rest of the roster can suck a dick. :mischief
