October 5, 200322 yr What do you think the Panthers will do this year, i know theres alot of Panthers fans on this forum, they just missed the playoffs last year and i think there better, with a young team i think theyre very close to being on the top of the east again

I was extremely looking forward to this Saturday's game against Boston, but it just so happens I have a MARLINS GAME to go to instead!!! I've been to about 40 Panthers games the last two years, but I've got to pass on this one! I'd be surpsrised if anyone will be at the ODC on Saturday night.

October 6, 200322 yr With the southeast division a crap this season and maybe for a while the panthers have a great chance of making the playoffs if they could play like they did lat year on the road and win some games at home there set the only team that may hold them back are the lighting that have a medicore team but there a bit strong then the panthers. Other then this there is no reason why the cats wont make the playoffs
October 9, 200322 yr i really dont know much about hockey, i know rules and what teams are considered contenders but i really dont know strategy but i like the Panthers and its a cool sport. i hope they make the playoffs this year. ill probably go to a few games this year. im more concerned with the potential "armagedon" that mght come to hockey in less than a year. it sounds worse than when baseball was about to go on strike a year ago
October 9, 200322 yr I love hockey and I support the Panthers all the way. My fave player is Luongo, of course. He just kicks a**. I have met him 3 times and I have his autograph framed on my wall. ::sigh:: I look at it every morning and it makes my day so much brighter.

October 11, 200322 yr We all know the curse of the team coming off the big SE Division Year. The Panthers have never been affected, but Tampa Bay has it in their minds that it is going to get them. The Caps spend alot of money, but Jagr is their only big result and they can compete on that alone. The Thrashers are under new ownership, but are still not ready to make the playoffs. The Hurricanes are on a slide down to the cellar again. Panthers must worry about Tampa Bay and Washington not gettng too far ahead.

They lead the division as of two games though, so it may not be a factor. Points Thrashers 4 Panthers 3 Caps/Lightning* 2 Hurricanes 0 *Lightning have only played one game.
