Florida Marlins @ Chicago Cubs -- NLCS Game 1

As our TV announcer, Ken "Hawk" Harrelson, would say: "Sit back, relax, and strap it down."

The beer is icing up right now. This is going to be GREAT.

cubs and their fans SUCK

Porsche Cabrera

Cabrera is making it tough to keep him out of the lineup.

Charismatic left-hander Dontrelle Willis is a contender for the NL Rookie of the Year Award -- but third baseman Miguel Cabrera might be the Marlins' best rookie. The 20-year-old Cabrera arrived from Double-A Carolina on June 20 and batted .268 with 12 home runs and 62 RBIss in 87 games. The Marlins, who were 35-39 (.467) when Cabrera joined them, went 54-31 (.635) in games he started. "He's phenomenal," said Willis. "I've seen him for two years now, and he changes a team's perspective and how they feel about themselves. He gets everybody believing, 'We can do it.'"

me too. All I heard today from those drunks, "Marlins not gonna win, give it up!"

Told them to get lots of beer cause they gonna need it after the Cubbies lose.

Wild Card,

if it wasnt the Red Sox slogan i probably would Cowboy Up...

Red Sox and Cowboys don't go along.

Tonight we have a real cowboy on the mound for the Marlins.

Josh is gonna rangle us up some K's and then mosey on down to a victory...
