Some people drove over 1 hour to watch the Marlins and when they got there nodoby was on the field (Except for the rookies). I still enjoyed watching them though.

February 28, 200719 yr Author FINALLY Baseball is back. You do not understand how great it felt to walk through the gates of RDS. I was hoping they would play the song "Centerfield" but they didnt. Oh, that song gets me in a baseball mood. Today I took a few pictures of some players (Noly, Jake and Uggla) hopefully next game I will get more brave and threaten the players :lol . Well, today Owens and Lindstrom look nasty. Owens delievery is pretty amazing. He is like a sling shot. Well, here are just 2 of the pictures I took with my digital camera. I took the other ones with my good camera. Oh and when I was talking Jake's picture he said "That is a big ass lens you have there" :lol .. Really its not that big. It was kinda funny. Aaron Thompson- He is becoming my moms favorite :blush . Happy B-day Aaron Chris Volstad- He looked pretty good too. Olsen said "He is our future" Thats all for today- When I have my good camera I rarely take pictures with my digital.

February 28, 200719 yr I went to the workouts on Saturday. Talked to Tank and Treanor and had a really good conversation with Wayne Rosenthal. He remembered me from Fantasy Camp. He almost let me on the field to hit with the guys. Assistant GM Michael Hill came over to talk to me because Rosey told him that I was the Asst. GM for my women's baseball team. I have pics from the workouts and from the UM game today. My nephew is a pitcher for UM. #46 Kyle Bellamy. He came in the 6th inning and struck out one batter, gave up one hit and made the last two batters pop up for the outs. I'll post the pictures when I get a chance.

I have the CD Go Marlins by Gloria Estefan from the '97 Championship. Only that one song on it written and sang by her. But I play the HECK out of it on the way to the our first game of the year and in the parking lot. LOL Thursday is our first game. So tonight I'll be charging up the batteries for the digital and video cameras. May as well start the year out right.
