October 22, 200322 yr You haven't seen Loop the whole season have you? you have to be s***ting me someone back me up here
October 22, 200322 yr Castillo: Damaged goods Loop: Not mentally tough enough Gonzalez: Most overrated prospect in Marlins system...EVER D. Lee: Undisciplined and overpriced at half his current cost Tejera: Waste of skin Almanza: Goes without saying
October 22, 200322 yr Don't forget Castro.. He'll be hitting .420 in the Quebec provincial penal league this time next year.
October 22, 200322 yr That's all I can think of for now but I don't want to get rid of Alex. He's better than he's playing right now. I know he can adjust because he showed he can earlier in the season. I like him hitting second if his average can stay at least at .300 which I think is very possible for him. He should stop taking Home Run swings every at bat and go back to the basics. How ITF can you say this about Alex? He's hit over .300 for a grand total of about 8 weeks in his whole career. ALex is broke. Plain and simple. This isn't a slump, dry stretch or anything else. This is what Sea Bass is, was and will be. A career .220 hitter with no power.

October 22, 200322 yr btw, you guys are in the world series and you're talking about who to get rid of next year? :nono

Castillo has been damaged goods with the hip since the beginning of the year. No one has said boo about it, but it's obvoius both when you watch him run (or not run, as the case may be) or when you look at his stats from year to year.

October 22, 200322 yr I like him [sea Bass] hitting second if his average can stay at least at .300 which I think is very possible for him. ..  on that note, I'm gonna go get some sleep before my head explodes. And no, the series is NOT over.
October 22, 200322 yr What can fish do about SS and 2b next year? What are some cheap options in FA? Dump Sea Bass and Lee, use cash for Pudge and Lowell. Cabs at SS (his natural position) and Hooper/cheap veteran retread at 2B.
October 22, 200322 yr This series is pretty much over. I know we can come back but we can't even win with our ace on the mound and we've scored 5 runs in 27 innings. You guys were down 1-0 in the NLDS and 3-1 in the NLCS. How can you say it's over? Of course, you guys played cursed teams in both the NLDS and NLCS, and you're playing the Yankees in the WS, but still
October 22, 200322 yr Author It's the Yankee's. The Giants and Cubs didn't have any dominate guy out the bullpen. Miss America makes it a 7 inning game.

October 22, 200322 yr Series over? I cannot believe you. If there is one thing any of you should of learned (besides the fact that Sea Bass has the potential to be a .300 hitter  ) IS THAT NOTHING IS OVER UNTIL WE DECIDE IT IS!!!!! WAS IT OVER WHEN THE GERMANS BOMBED PEARL HARBOR? HELL NO! WAS IT OVER WHEN THE FISH WERE DOWN 3-1 AND FACING PRIOR/WOOD? HELL NO!
