SAN DIEGO -- Padres pitcher Chris Young left Wednesday's game in the third inning after being hit in the face by a line drive off the bat of St. Louis first baseman Albert Pujols.

I hope he's ok.

He's a good guy, hopefully it all turns out OK.

I'm saying he's classy cause he's the first person I've ever seen get off the base and check on the pitcher after hitting him with a line drive (unintentionally obviously), and then go on to pray for him.

Apparently it's a broken nose.

In that same inning, Pujols slid into home and landed on top of Josh Bard's ankle. They're calling it a sprain but it looked pretty nasty.

Ouch hope everything turns out ok.
