Big, Big Series

Featured Replies

If we don't win this series, I'm going to drop a deuce inside of Mike Jacobs car...

i thought u said u did last week? LIAR

dude, that was OUTSIDE his car. Besides he actually came throught so I didn't have to. I did crap on his lawn when we lost the first game of the cubs series.

this time it will be INSIDE... if we don't win

i was at their board and they are saying they think we r going to get swept....LOL. time to prove em wrong nce again marlins!

We will win this series! I give it a 60% chance that we can sweep it as well. It's time for the Mets annual collapse.

So let's see....

Nolasco vs Maine

Olsen vs Perez

Johnson vs Pelfrey

Perez and Pelfrey have been on a roll and Perez beat us pretty soundly early in the season, we owe him.

Key for me is they need to take the first game vs Maine. Ricky needs to step up big time.

After that I'd take a split. ('course ideally I'd love a sweep.) :)

Great start! That whole John Maine "injury" thing really changed the momentum of the game for us.

Yeah, what the hell was that?

I smell a rat.

First, he was just sitting there for an inning not doing anything. Then, it was his forearm and he was seen icing it. Next, it was his shoulder and he was nowhere to be seen.

Something's not right.

And to add to that, Fernando Tatis acting like he caught that ball in the first inning when everyone could tell that it hit the ground. Pretty typical of the Mets.

Pretty typical of every player on every team.

I think last night was a rough loss for them, and they will come out hung over tonight. Let's get to Pedro early; their bull pen is soft.
