Tank to be Called Up

Featured Replies

Lefty reliever Taylor Tankersley, who has reeled off nine straight scoreless outings at Triple-A since his July 3 demotion, will be added to the roster before tonight's opener of a three-game series against the Mets.

Minor league pitching coordinator Wayne Rosenthal recently worked with the former first-round pick while the Isotopes were in New Orleans, and Tankersley seemed to benefit from some mechanical alterations. However, in his past four innings he had still allowed five walks while striking out three.

He should not be allowed back up if he can't throw strikes.

He's only up to give us depth and will be back down thursday for Anibal.

Not a big deal at alll. Better than leaving RVH up here for no reason, better to add bullpen depth. And it'd be ither him or Kensing. And Kensing is having just as much of a control issue. Plus, you have to look who where about to go up against (The Mets). I doubt Tank really gets used outside of needing to get Delgado out.

I hope Tank is ready to be Jesus Delgado, the second.

Sit in the pen for a couple games, enjoy it, and get ready to head back down.

Tank, Tucker, Jacobs, Molina, Some No-name

No!! no Molina please i might be the only one that doesn't want Molina here but he won't be much of an upgrade at catching and i would prefer to go after Ross, Torrealba, or Pudge

i thought Jacobs was the slowest guy in the MLB but not until i saw Molina
