This year which is our 6th year doing this, we have 23 different categories with various nominees and winners. Award Eligibility for this year's awards is for June 1, 2007 - May 31, 2008. Bob Dole has signed on to be my co-host tonight, continuing the annual tradition. Please note that Bob and I may not be able to respond to your comments and questions during the show as we will be preoccupied.

 

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank all the people who help me with the site. All the members who have donated either their time or money or in some cases both to the site. All the writers who have transformed this site into a reputable news source. Every moderator who has helped me maintain this place on a daily basis. Thank you.

 

If you do not receive an award tonight, do not take it as a sign you aren't noticed or aren't good enough. There are only 23 awards to go around.
