I blame Gregg if this team doesn't make the playoffs.

 

Gregg would be a big part of it...but there's just more to it than Gregg. The terrible hitting in the 2nd half hasn't helped...and the fact that 60% of the current rotation (specifically JJ and Volstad) were not with the team in the 1st half didn't help either. Also...the bullpen (in general) hasn't exactly been consistent.

 

Still...it's nice to see the team still playing hard.

Agreed. But its really sad that it took so long to remove Gregg from his closer position.

 

With a healthy rotation next year we should be in a better position to compete for the division.
