Chad James doesn't have better stuff than the player that went #19 (Shelby Miller), but he does have a low 90s fastball. Doesn't have the best of sliders, average movement in the mid 80s. Many teams don't believe that James has enough pitches to be a starter in the majors. Most likely will convert to reliever.
