How dumb is it that we keep two inconsistent hitters at the top of the lineup due to their speed, yet we rarely put them in motion? Bonifacio should have been more patient in that AB. Makes no sense.

 

 

I understand keeping Coghlan up there since he is great at working AB's and gets on base but Bonifacio not so much.

 

Well Bonifacio has been doing better as of late.

No he's not. If you had said that before the break, you'd have been right.

Yeesh...we are lucky we are playing against possibly one of the worst starting lineup/starting pitcher combinations in baseball this year.

It would have been sick to see Nolasco strike out the side there. He had all of them on 0-2 counts.
