August 14, 200916 yr Hi guys, I read somewhere that Miller was throwing bullpen sessions in Jupiter. Does anyone know if he's going to be there today or perhaps join the Hammerheads roster anytime soon? We showed him our support last season after his injury and would like to do the same if he's there. Also, is anyone on the current roster have potential? The only name I recognize is Greg Burns. Logan, Dominguez, Stanton, Spanos... all gone. :o Thanks!
August 14, 200916 yr As of now,he's not listed on Hammerheads roster, but if he could be working out on the lower fields. As for players with potential, like you pointed out most have been promoted to Jax. Sanabia looks good, bit is on DL and the converted postion players Fulton and Harvey you probably have cards of.
August 14, 200916 yr If he's throwing in Jupiter, I better watch my head. I do live in Lakeland, but with Miller's lack of control that is too close for comfort. Luckily he doesn't throw as hard as he used to.

August 15, 200916 yr A interesting one for any Marlins fan should be outfielder turned reliever Kris Harvey, son of former Marlins closer Brian Harvey. He looks JUST like his dad, plus has been working well since making the move position player to pitcher.

He looks JUST like his dad, plus has been working well since making the move position player to pitcher. There was an article a month or so ago in the PBP about him. And you are right, he looks just like his dad, right down to the facial hair. He's a work in progress. On another note.... Whatever happened to Todd's little boy? Is he designated to playing his drums all night?
August 15, 200916 yr at this stage I think it is clear we really cant count on anything from miller or sanchez . Sanchez is always really injured . Miller is always "injured: as well with Miller injury is defined as a lack of control and consistency

And congrats for picking up on that. Kinda pulled for the kid every time I saw him in ST. Smooth glove, but not much at the plate. Besides, his mom is an ex-Playboy model. Who wouldn't want to sit next to her for a game?
