September 8, 200916 yr When was the last time UM was ranked? That Georgia Tech game will be huge. It would also benefit UM if VT beats nebraska in two weeks and keeps a higher ranking.
September 8, 200916 yr Really need notre dame to beat michigan. if they lose in the big house, i will be extremly discouraged. I know Michigan is getting a little better but still, ND should win this game no questions asked.
September 8, 200916 yr With Sam Bradford down, this opens up a spot for guys like Pryor, Zac Robinson and Clausen to get themselves into the Heisman picture. Javon Best has the best shot out of the non QB contenders.

September 8, 200916 yr USC vs OSU is gonna be a real good game Doubt it. I see USC whooping their ass.
September 9, 200916 yr UM will be off the Top 25 real fast... Tough Tough Tough schedule I thought there was a realistic chance they started the season 0-4. If they can get past GT, they have a decent chance of going 3-1 to start year as long as bradford doesnt play.
September 9, 200916 yr Miami has very little to no chance against Oklahoma. That defense is just overmatching against that UM offense. I mean we saw a good offense against FSU, but remember, that FSU defense isn't exactly half of what OU's secondary is. I can realistically see Miami challenging Va Tech, and I can actually see them possibly beating Georgia Tech. I say 1-2 in the next 3 games is the most realistic possibility. I think they will beat one of Va Tech or Ga Tech. That all really depends on 3 major factors though 1. Can the running game step up against a great defensive unit like Va Tech 2. Can Randy Shannon play the role of game manager against Va Tech and limit the amount of mistakes (the key to beating a team like Va Tech is to limit those mistakes, play a very methodical game). 3. Jacory Harris needs to establish a more controlled game. What we saw against FSU was a gunslinger mentality, that kind of mentality won't fly against Ga Tech and ESPECIALLY Va Tech. Basically, he'll need to pick and choose his opportunities, mostly rely on the running game to help him out most of of the game for both.
September 9, 200916 yr http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/news/story?id=4455155 wow things just get worse for the sooners.
September 11, 200916 yr JMU is playing at Maryland. Hopefully they will continue the trend of CAA teams beating ACC teams.
September 13, 200916 yr Wooooooooooooo Hawks 35-3. Tyler Sash 3 INT, 1 FF, 10 tackles.. Up next is Arizona at home. Great bounce back win by the hawks to get to 2-0
September 13, 200916 yr Man it sucks keeping the offense/defense vanilla until the FSU game... we're playing so slowly against teams we'd otherwise crush (though, we're still beating them quite well)
