November 14, 200322 yr Family Guy is AWESOME. One of the three shows I watch religiously (others being Seinfeld and the Simpsons.) I caught it when it was on FOX- it was ping-ponged around different nights and times, so it was hard to follow. It became a cult hit and I try to watch it on Adult Swim every night. Their DVD's are at the top of my list, too. No new episodes, but creator Seth MacFarlene is set to create an All In the Family meets Family Guy show for FOX. At least, that's what I've heard.

I already have the first DVD that came out and I watch it on adult swim when i can find it. Does it really come on every night Gee? They should put it on Spike (tnn). It would go great with MXC

November 18, 200322 yr Fox sux for dropping futurerama and Family Guy... They Killed Futurama and Family Guy which were only good a shows at the time on fox beside Simpsons and that 70's show .At least Cartoo network still airs my two favorite animated shows. Has any one watch Fox new comedy arrested development? I find the show to be hilarious....

I find the show to be hilarious.... fox sucks? i don't see ABC, NBC, or CBS jumping for those shows. national broadcast airtime is a huge investment. personally, i liked the show, but if economically they couldn't support it (i.e. get good ratings), they had every right to cancel it. bah.. i really need to get cable.

November 18, 200322 yr personally, i love those shows. i can't prove low ratings, and i'd rather not look it up. let's just say that major networks decide to air shows based on their relative profitability. Fox isn't going to cancel a show just because they don't like the content... (this is Fox for crying out loud!! you think they care about content?). Fox had to believe it wasn't worth it financially to continue with those shows. ultimately whose fault is it? i'd say the (potential) viewers...

November 19, 200322 yr Yep, according to USA Today, FOX is VERY interested in bringing the show back now due to it's high DVD sales (4th highest selling show EVER) and it's strong syndication ratings. There's talk of 35 new episodes by January 2005.
November 19, 200322 yr that show was the s***...... there was one episode with the WIllie Wonka knock off and the ooump lumpa!!!!!! that was the best eva.... i dont get cartoon network but i remeber the show very well..... its was my fav show, im not cool with FOX's new time slot on sundays at 9.30 pm thats when Family Guy should be on. f*** arrested devlopment
