Posted February 2, 201015 yr should be an active deadline. heres to hoping the bulls can make a move that helps them financially for next year but can still help up this year. i love hinrich but i hope we unload his contract so we have even more flexibility to sign lebron wade and or bosh. cant wait for next offseason
February 3, 201015 yr There's no way Riley is letting Wade go and the odds of Lebron going to Chicago are pretty long. I don't think he's coming here either. I don't know how that could work. You have 2 number one players and one would have to cede to the other(presumably Lebron to Wade). Lebron is most likely going to NY or staying in Cleveland.

Lebron is most likely going to NY or staying in Cleveland.   Riley has no say over whether Wade goes or not. Only thing the Heat can offer is an extra year at a max contract. After that, it's Wade choice whether he wants to stay or go. I think the market for Wade can probably be narrowed to the Heat, Knicks, and Bulls. He'll either stay with the Heat, go to the large market, or go to his hometown team, with the Bulls probably being the biggest longshot of the group. Lebron's market (financially) is the Heat, Knicks, Nets, and Cavs. Only those teams can truely afford Lebron. In realistic terms, it's most likely the Cavs or Knicks. In the end, I think both Lebron and Wade stay with their respective teams, and the Knicks eventually get Bosh, while the Heat settle for Amar'e.
February 3, 201015 yr I thought it was much more likely that Bosh would come here than Amare. At least I've herad more talk of Bosh coming here than Amare. I just hope if he does come here he's that good and Nash and/or that offense they run isn't making him look alot better than he is.
February 3, 201015 yr My prediction: Lebron and Amare end up in NY. Wade resigns with Heat and Joe Johnson joins him. Bosh i'm kinda split on. Either he resigns with Raptors or he signs with the Rockets. Carlos Boozer signs with the Bulls

Some other FA's I would want the Heat to go after include Richard Jefferson, Raymond Felton, Tyson Chandler and David Lee. If the Heat could get someone like Bosh and still afford to sign one more solid starter they could be the team to beat in the East.
February 3, 201015 yr I really doubt Lebron comes to NY -- they won't be able to free up enough space to bring in another impact player like Bosh. In order to even approach being able to do so, they need to package Gallo and Wilson Chandler to dump Jared Jefferies and Eddy Curry. I think instead they'll push HARD for Wade and sign Lee to a long term deal.
February 3, 201015 yr Author im a little confused. the bulls have a lot of money to be able to spend... especially if they get rid of hinrich... they have the 3rd highest media market... and they by far have more talent then any team mentioned here. if wade doesnt come here, which he will, bosh will.
February 6, 201015 yr Dwayne Wade isn't leaving Miami.  The way the Heat have been playing lately makes me a little worried about that. They're playing like a High School team.
February 6, 201015 yr okay here's how im looking at it. Amar'e - It appears like he's going to leave the suns and if this does happen, idk i cant really see him anywhere else besides the knicks. But who knows maybe he sticks around in phoenix. Bosh - Im pretty confident that if he leaves Toronto he'll head to Miami. Cant see bosh heading to the rockets/bulls/knicks/w.e James - Okay here is where it gets tricky. We know about the whole Nets thing, but is he really going to want to go to a team that is currently 4-45? cant see him with the nets. NO WAY he comes to miami. Very doubtful he goes to the bulls. So that leaves us with the knicks/cavs. There are times when i look at it and think he will head out to NY and help the Knicks become relevant again. Sold out seats at the garden and instead of everybody laughing and mocking the knicks, they would be a top team in the EAST. But...I really think he's going to stay in Cleveland. Thats his home...And you really cant pull that BS about how much more coverage he'll get and etc. He's LEBRON JAMES he's already larger than life. Everybody already knows who he is. He IS the cleveland cavs. You know the cavs are gonna pull out all the stops, their gonna show him the money, they will get on their knees and beg if they have to. Prediction? he stays right where he is. Wade - Oh boy...D-Wade...as much as i would like for him to stay in Miami the more I think about it the more I see the heat lose, Umm... unless they bring in a player like Bosh (which i think they will) and unless Wade really wants to stay, I think he heads home to Chicago. I can already see Wade putting on that Bulls jersey. Im sure he loves miami and im sure the heat will dish out all they got but i dont know if a team of Wade/Bosh can beat atl/bos/orl/cle So i think he's going to take a long time to decide it, but, i wont be surprised if he lands in Chicago.

February 10, 201015 yr apparently the heat are making a huge push for amare. pat riley is trying to get someone to shake up the roster and make wade happy. i'm kinda surprised that he would include beasley in a deal since amare could walk after the season. on another note my team, the kings, are getting alot of interest for kevin martin. the top suitors include the mavericks and celtics but all they're offering is expiring contracts. i really don't think that martin's contract is that bad and he's fairly young so i think he'll stick around. also we'll probably get another top 5 pick so i'd love to see how tyreke, martin, and demarcus cousins would mesh
February 10, 201015 yr From Pat Riley's POV, if I am GM and there is an offer on the table including Beasley, I want a word with Amare to see if he wants to be in Miami.
February 10, 201015 yr Is there a reason why Riley seems to want Amare rather than Bosh? Bosh is younger, better (or at least just as good), is nearly a sure-thing to leave Toronto, and if I'm not mistaken he's showed some interest in Miami in the past.
February 11, 201015 yr i agree, bosh is better than amare. he actually plays defense. and amare is a mediocre rebounder for someone his size.
February 11, 201015 yr I say Heat gamble and just wait until the offseason. I know they want to add someone now so that Wade will stop complaining, but i just dont think they should give up beasly for Amare.  My roster for 2010-2011 season: Luis Scola (restricted free agent) Chris Bosh Beasly (better learn to play SF....) Wade Chalmers (Yea, i like Chalmers)  Bench: Jamaal Magloire Brandon Bass Dorell Wright Quentin Richardson Eddie House I may be living in fantasy land, but hey you never know....This team would be so sick.
February 11, 201015 yr Amar'e is a good scorer, average rebounder, and terrible defender with a history of injuries. Beasley is a young player who has shown huge immaturity, yet has shown progress this season and seems poised to be a long term 20 point 7 rebound a game player. I agree, hope for Bosh/James, if they don't want to come, we will have to still pray Wade wants to stay, then go after Amar'e, Gay, Joe Johnson, Steve Nash, Boozer, and David Lee. We can easily nab one of these all star caliber players. I don't want to get rid of the #2 pick so early in his development, especially since he is under contract for the next 2 years for so cheap.

February 11, 201015 yr Author My dream lineup.. Rose-wade-deng-bosh-noah.... Need to trade hinrich so we can offer two max contracts and make my dream come true
