i think the rockets made a great trade. they get martin (who often pissed me up but the man can ball), as well as the knicks' last 1st rounder and then 2 future 1st rounders for a guy who might never get back in form.

How are the Heat in a better situation than the Bulls? It's not a guarantee that Dwayne Wade is coming back. It *is* a guarantee that the likes of Derrick Rose and Joakim Noah are coming back for the Bulls. And they're going to sign a big free agent...maybe 2. Maybe Dwayne Wade...everyone's talking about how this is Amare's hometown. Wade's hometown is Chicago. I wouldn't rule that out of the equation.

There is absolutely no way Riley is letting Wade get away. You Bulls fans are apparently forgetting who the Heat's GM is.

Wade isnt leaving. I dont know if you read his comments to the media a week or so ago... but the dude straight up said that he isnt jumping to leave. He wants to make a dynasty in Miami, he loves the city, and all he loves the team. I'm sure the Heat are not stupid enough to just sign one player for Wade and not let him go. And yes, that is the case. Wade wants to play with a better player.

I get a kick out of hearing that logic. Everyone everywhere always says the pc answer. So nieve. What's he going to say? Ya I can't wait to leave a team that has wasted the last 3 years of my prime by surrounding with me with no one... all the while killing my body ala allen iverson in front of a half full stadium. I would love to go back home and play with one of the rising stars in the nba along with a great 3rd option in deng and young talented front line with noah and gibson... all the while playing in front of a packed house every night.

A lot of people believe bosh would be the perfect fit.. playing with rose at pg and noah taking the teams best offensive big man... he'd put up crazy numbers.. and since rose is starting to take over games the more pressing need may be post offense.

His trades and signings were horrible. Those oversized contracts have set the Knicks about about 5-7 years at least.

 

Luckily for them, Walsh helped them eventually rid themselves of most of those contracts.

Jamison set an NBA record going 0-12 for the Cavs last night.ROFL He apparently screwed up the team chemistry as well as they lost to the Bobcats 110-93. I wouldnt claim that either. A lot of people hate Miami and think it is a dump. That's purely a matter of opinion. Chicago is a great city.

It's called an Off Season Home, maybe he wants to be close to his Mother and family in the offseason.

Shaq has his home in Orlando, Boozer, Amare and Bosh all have homes in Miami.

There's really no doubt in my mind that D Wade won't resign with Miami since we should be getting one of Bosh, Amare or Boozer but for some reason I have that feeling that the Bulls will be getting one of those three as well. My hopes are Heat get Bosh with a resigned Wade, Amare goes to Chicago, Lebron stays in Cleveland and they keep Jamison and Shaq but sign another solid guard like McGrady, Ray Allen, or Rip Hamilton.

I'd be happy with any single one of them... with Wade, Beasley, and O'Neal, but I think the Heat should really look into strengthening their weak, weak bench, and also look into getting a starting guard. If you are building for another winner, you need to look back at 2006 and ask what that team had that this one doesnt.

 

Obviously you really didnt need to do that. It, like pretty much every other champion team, has a leader, 3 point shooting, veterans, a complete bench, and a complete starting lineup.
