jeez, badenhop has gotten rocked. he has allowed at least 1 run in 10 of his 15 appearances this season. and he was supposed to be our most reliable bullpen arm.

Mike Lamb? I don't get it, he's been failing miserably at AAA offensively, really only plays two positions, both of which we have adequate coverage of, the only conceivable things he brings is an emergency catcher option.

 

I really look forward to hearing Beinfest's thoughts on this call up.

 

I'm a Marlins fan, I hope he hits for the cycle tonight or at least reaches base off the bench, and I try to find the good in most players, but I'm truly at a loss to make a relevant argument why this is the right guy at the right time for the Fish. Color me confused?????

Renyel hasnt been doing that poorly so i do think that it is a real injury.

 

Would like to see what we get with buente and if tank can get back to 2006 that would be amazing.

I agree with Boni over Lamb. What's up with that? Sorry to see that Pinto is hurt. He's hasn't been AS obnoxious this season. I'm glad they brought up Tank, if he looks good they'll dump Meyer. It's exciting to see Badenhop go, they've given him plenty of time to work himself out up here. At least we won't see him until he's affective again.

To me, all this looks like is the FO felt the team needed some kind of shakeup to rejuvenate itself. Pinto was a "DL' issue, possibly legitimate and possibly not, but adding Mike Lamb back the the 40-man really makes this whole thing wreak of desperation. :banghead
