Trust your instincts rather than the numbers on him, he is awful. The DFA'ing of him is great news, but im not getting the Tim Wood thing. It's like this team is trying as hard as possible not to go get someone out of the orgainization when it is quite clear they have no solid bullpen arms as of right now in the farm system. We need to make a move and i for 1 am all for trading cody to make the move. Get cam back in the lineup because we have enough hitters like cody and his value wont be much higher and we can get a solid bullpen arm out of it.

Give me the guy who makes you cringe but puts up respectable #'s over the guy who makes you cringe and flat out sucks (Jorge Sosa, who's actually still in our bullpen!!! comes to mind)...

When did i say it was obvious we need to trade him. I was saying if they were to go and get somebody, which is painfully obvious that they need to do for the bullpen, he would probably be one of, if not the guy, you would use to do so since you have maybin rotting on the bench.

June 17, 201016 yr So we dont really have anyone to replace him, but what can I say? He's on a ship to nowhere. Always was. Frankly we should have gotten rid of him and start investing in another player A LONG time ago. Can't say I'm either happy or glad he's gone. I think at the very least we could have gotten someone else for him. best of luck to him wherever he winds up
