June 17, 201016 yr Author I'm so glad we just lost a reliever who's better than half our current bullpen for nothing. I mean, because clearly Jorge Sosa and Jay Buente are better. And the guy we're DFA'ing Pinto for...Tim Wood = sure upgrade This is a stupid move. 27 year old lefty with a career 3.60 ERA/2.30 ERA this year entering tonight's game, and we DFA him? I'm pretty sure some team is going to pick him up. We couldn't at least get something for him?

I like Tim Wood more than most: Good stuff, good minor league numbers as a reliever, great ground ball tendencies. But I really dislike this move. Send down f***ing Jay Buente or DFA Sosa.
