I'm over Stanton. They need to let Maybin play and make Stanton watch a series or two.

I think maybin should start vs price then let Stanton start after that so he can see the pitchers for the 2nd time

Mike Stanton just needs time...he has potential. Maybe he'll never live up the hype we all had for him, but he just needs time to get used to the major league pitches...it's not as easy as it is in double A. One could argue whether we rushed him up here. In any case, a lot of times they don't even give him any good pitches to hit

Hanley looked really serious that AB. I think he's pressing too much. I really would like to see him moved from the 3 hole for a little

RISP be patient here hanley

Too patient there, ey?

Haha ya. Is it just me or does it seem like he jumps on the first pitch and just doesn't make good contact while last year he always jumped on the first pitch and hit it good

I wonder how many times this year Hanley's taking a called third strike with RISP?

Hmmm... I really wonder if I can find that... I'm gonna look for you.

When he first came up and was hitting lead-off, he would go after the first pitch and half the time hit them for home runs. I wish he would to back to that again..

Gaby's RISP avg : .344

so, we have to change the orders like this

1. Hanley

2. CC

3. Gaby

4. Cantu

2 games ago he was hitting .368/.455/.526 and now you want him to watch a series or 2?

You are always so rational. Good stuff.

While it seems like more, it's only been 4. Last year he had 6 though so he's on pace to go a good bit above that.

0-10 so far this series and how many strikeouts? He needs a break.
