Nah didn't mean it like that. It doesn't matter about attendance per say, but Loria isn't going to want to make any big changes or shell out cash until he gets his stadium open and starts making more money..which may never even happen or may take a few years after the stadium is open. I don't remember whether it was 2004 or 2005 but when they got Carlos Delgado..it really seemed like they actually *wanted* to get back to the playoffs and to the world series..now it just seems like they'll allow this mediocrity and they don't care
