November 18, 200322 yr The Police searched Michael Jackson's neverland ranch this morning after accusations came forward of a 12 year old boy claiming Jackson molested him. Details are still shady and I'm sure more will come to light tomorrow but please post any info anyone has because I too am still in the dark about this.

Read only if you have a strong stomach. i have so many issues with that court filing, it's not even funny. i read the whole thing, and while i'm not saying that i don't think MJ molested that kid, it certainly sounds like the lawyers who typed that up were trying to make it look like MJ slowly, gradually tried to work that kid into doing sexual things for him. the filing tried very hard to make it look like MJ was very manipulative and progressed through each of the molestation steps gradually over the course of months as he built up the kid's trust. i wouldn't be surprised if MJ molested that kid, but i'd be utterly shocked if the process of molestation were as calculating as it's written in the court filing. the whole "michael jackson kissed me with his tongue. i told him i did not like that. michael jackson started to cry." and "michael jackson grabbed my buttock and kissed me while putting his tongue in my ear. i told him i did not like that. michael jackson started to cry." totally makes MJ sound like a forcible rapist. the kid, in his book, talks about how he was in love with MJ. i don't really believe MJ forced him to do anything.
