August 5, 201115 yr Not even worthy of a post game thread until the next day, eh? I went to the game... a 7-4 loss is the most miserable loss. Especially when you leave so many on base. Your pitching failed. Your offense was mediocre. Hey, the defense was there?
August 5, 201115 yr I'm sure Schnellders had a great time but what a crappy outcome to the game. About the same as the Atlanta series last September. Only good thing out of that was Uggla's RBI. Didnt get to Watch the game but this sounded like a horrible game. This crap about not winning at home has to stop.
August 5, 201115 yr We're the kings of leaving people on base. sh*tty game. Yep, but oddly, this game our RISP was 7 of 18 and we scored 4 runs. Cards RISP was 3 of 11 and they scored 7 runs.
August 5, 201115 yr Enjoyed going to the game but got really frustrated at not taking our opportunities. Namely the 8th inning, to have bases loaded, nobody out and to only score 1 run is terrible. Ah well, hopefully they win for me on Saturday.
