man, I know Hanley hasn't had his best year by any standards.. but he sure seems different than the last few years. I see him turning singles into doubles (yes, he has been caught once or twice) by running hard, his play at third has been surprising, and he doesnt seem as lazy/nonchalant as in past seasons. that hug with hawk made me think of it.
