Posted April 16, 201312 yr Once again the Miami Marlins are facing a pitcher who's had a terrible start to the season. Dan Haren has an ERA of 9.00, so will the Marlins take advantage of his weak start to the season, or will Dan Haren regain his confidence and put the fish away? This is perhaps our most winnable game against the Nats, so if we don't beat them today, we may never beat the Nats the rest of this season. ALEX SANABIA (1W-1L) ERA 4.91 VS. DAN HAREN (1W-1L) 9.00 ERA
April 16, 201312 yr I don't even think that would make a difference. Yelich returned to the field today, though.
April 16, 201312 yr Author Lineup 1) Coghlan (Mr. Two Peso Man) 2) Pierre (Weak Fish) 3) Polanco (He can hit) 4) Dobbs (More trade value than a can of Coke) 5) Ruggiano (He so sexy) 6) Brantly (John Buck Jr) 7) Hechavarria (More holes than a pasta strainer) 8) Solano (Fishy) 9) Sanabia (Mr. So-So)
April 16, 201312 yr We're actually still pretty big dogs (+145) on this one, despite the "favorable" pitching match up.
April 16, 201312 yr Author With Coghlan as our lead off hitter, all my dreams have come true. Now excuse me while I drink myself stupid before the game starts.
April 16, 201312 yr To say we may not beat the Nats at all this year is ridiculous. We play em 18 games at least, we're bound to win 3.
April 16, 201312 yr I was just checking the box score of the Mets game... John Buck is hitting .341. His OBP is .340. I are teh confused.
