I wouldn't want Wittgren to get a promotion to fill a Rienzo type role. My point is that every time a reliever is called up now, people ask why not Wittgren as if he's the second coming of Craig Kimbrel or something. Guys like Barraclough, Ellington, and Cordier are just as deserving of promotions. I'm guessing Wittgren will get a shot at some point this year too so it's not a big deal.

I have no issue with all those hard throwing high k guys getting called up. Our bullpen right now is like the exact opposite of our SPs k wise.
