January 21, 201610 yr Nice article, but a rotation of Fernandez (on an innings limit), Chen, Cosart, Koehler, (and one of those veterans or one of our young guys) isn't a rotation that can compete with WAS or NYM. Lineup is decent if healthy, pen is decent. But its still not enough.
