Those early inning scouting reports have gotten worse and worse. They used to be three facts about this pitcher in terms of their actual game and stuff and repertoire. Eventually it became like two real facts and one silly fun fact for the tv broadcast. Now the cosart one was literally "he used to be on the Marlins, his brother plays in the minors for Boston, and he once pitched in the futures game" How the fuck does any of that stupid shit matter for this game tonight? There's no way that crap makes the broadcast more entertaining either so why not just stick to three actual strategic in game facts?
