Granted permission to interview for Colorado managerial gig..

(I know its old news, but didnt see it posted on here)

Regardless, would be a huge loss.

I wonder who would take over as bench coach.

Hopefully Mathis. Seriously. Get his shitty bat off our roster but keep his mentoring mind on our coaching staff.

His son was in our system, Chad Wallach. We traded him with Disco to get Mat Latos from the Reds. Wallach most recently had a .773 OPS and could likely see AAA to start 2017 and could reach the majors in 2018 (although he isn't ranked among the Reds top 30 prospects).

Wallach is more than qualified to manage.  Probably would be a better manager than Mattingly, tbh.

2017 Colorado fans: WTF??!!! Every fucking game with these dumb late inning player switches.  Best bat outta the fucking line-up now...

Bonds for manager. Big Mac for bench coach.

Mattingly for manager of your local Denny's.

I frequent Denny's so seldom that I guess it wouldnt matter.

Though Mattingly is great in the clubhouse with his squad.  Too bad he lacks a bit on the bench.

Still would take him over Tastee.
