June 5, 20179 yr Some of you guys are too literal, this is not an actual award from MLB. It's a weekly article on mlb.com and the writer chooses one bullpen to write about and calls it the bullpen of the week. It's not like there's a secret voting process and a trophy.

Yeah but will they include all of the names of the bp players in the engraving? Where it says best bp, will there be an asterisk and the footnote exclude the one guy who sucked? We need answers. June 5, 20179 yr If Bearclaw, Phelps, and Ramos pitch to their potential, this bullpen is pretty good. Phelps seems to be back to form and Ramos hasn't blown a save although he has had some rough outings. Bearclaw was nasty again yesterday so maybe he can turn the corner as well. Wittgren has been solid and Jarlin and McGowan have been serviceable. Ellington has been solid also and has a live arm. The two turds have been our off season acquisitions of Zeigler and Tazawa. Unfortunately they are both signed through next season. Streckenrider should be with the team before Ziegler and Tazawa.

Ziegler was perfect in the April,so I believe he would back to form like Phelps,as to Tazawa,maybe he will pitched better after recover from the injury…
