Waiting on JT to that throw the ball into the outfield trying to uselessly throw a guy out at second. Thankfully, they got that last out.

 

 

I listened to Rich discuss how Volquez wished he twisted his ankle again because it actually did better pitching when his ankle was sore from the sprain.  I'm certain there are Marlin fans willing "to help" him with it.

 

I also found it interesting when Rich explained how Mattingly et. al., keep track on every different activity the pitchers do.  That is, stressful innings, pitches (by strikes, balls, numbers, types which we know), number of warmups, etc.  So there is much going on that we may not know about.  Makes me understand better why certain relievers pitch many days in a row or not pitch.
