October 26, 20197 yr Anyways the Astros won Game 3. Astros are NOT starting Cole and Verlander on short rest. Winning Game 3 certainly helped them out with that decision, which they apparently made BEFORE game 3. Sticking with Astros in 6.
October 26, 20197 yr Me too It would be amazing, too, cause they're going to have to face Scherzer IN Washington for Game 5 more than likely. Then Strasburg again? But they said the same thing about us in the 2003 NLCS when we had to go against Prior AND Wood, IN Chicago, for Games 6 and 7 if they were necessary. And ... OK I'll be fair, we didn't beat Prior, the Cubs defense did. lol. But we did beat up that bullpen after Prior left.
