Pretty much.  Man you and I both said they should have sold the farm for a top flight bat before the season started too. Good luck with that now. Prospects have been exposed as mediocre or poor at best. Great.

I've always believed the farm rankings adjust as prospects graduate and eventually new prospects replace them but that would imply that the big league team is improved and that other great prospects are added into the system soon enough. Neither is happening here. What a disaster, especially for a team who preached about trying to build a layered farm system that continues to sustain itself.

And we joke about prospect hoarding but even that isn't going well anymore. This organization is crumbling at multiple points now and it's very concerning.
