SonOfJack
Hampson has a minor league option remaining so this does not necessarily mean he'll be on the opening day roster
SongInTheAir
From NBC Sports: Hampson was one of baseball's worst players in Colorado last year, and he hasn't been any good while racking up more strikeouts (eight) than hits (six) in 27 at-bats this spring. Hopefully Hampson doesnt get the time on the field to amass those stats here in 2023.

Hampson seems like a big time "Mattingly guy" so if he plays a lot, we'll know we're in for years of more bullshit regardless of who is managing the team.
