The only hope is to think that maybe they are getting their losing streak out of the way early.

But then there is the potential reality that this team just isn't that good.

As we knew it would be, but I don't think Eury himself would have stopped what we are seeing now. This is primarily the result of an absolutely horrific offense. Both Arraez and Soler had been fantastic all year and carried things. Now that they are both in a slump, we are seeing truly just how bad the rest of the lineup is.

I just don't understand what's happened.

 

It's like everything that was going right is going completely wrong.

 

It was fun to have some competitive baseball for a change, but it's not looking good, and now we'll have an uphill climb just to get back where we were.
