So for the Eury thing they didn't have a concrete plan as for when to send him back down and then Trevor and Edward got hurt and then it's like we don't know what to do with Eury and the plan changes probably daily. But when they have a clear plan for something, such as adding bats at this trade deadline, then Kim has shown a very good ability to get that done. Same for other things where they seemingly knew what they wanted, the hiring of Skip, the assembling of his coaching staff, the extension of Sandy, the rehiring of Mel, the trade for Arraez, those are all things where they had a plan and stuck to it and got it done.
