Per MLBTR:

The two parties have agreed to terms at one year and $13MM with a club option for the 2025 season, per Rosenthal. Kimbrel has already passed his physical. The deal is complete. Per Mark Feinsand of MLB.com, Kimbrel will make $12MM in 2024 with a $1MM buyout on a $13MM club option for 2025.
