April 14Apr 14 The one thing is that the team has been very patient to start the year. I feel like it is the right thing to work counts and get your pitch, but they have maybe gone too far in that they have become to hesitent to swing early and maybe unsure late in counts. Need to find the right balance.

He's physically gifted, but needs more mental maturity. Also, if we don't nt play the infield in, that fly ball would have been the 3rd out and that 3rd run wouldn't have scored.
