February 19, 200422 yr Dont make me dig up "The Chart" to decode that little exchange you two just had... Dig it!
February 20, 200422 yr I've been living here forever...but this weather is the best!!!!! this is good weather for couples...huggy huggy... Tonya...Tonya dear, could you pass that wastepaper basket over there... Ahh thank you! :wow blaaaaaaappp, huuuuuuuuuuuuhhhh :tissue
February 20, 200422 yr I hate this weather!!! It was 51? this morning when I left to work. With the windchill factor it felt like it was in the 40s! I was up at the Metro Rail platform waiting for the train with the cold breeze hitting my face. It felt like I was being stabbed by knives. Bah you South Floridans don't know what REAL cold is! It was 38? here a couple of nights ago... :plain
February 20, 200422 yr Author It's just that the weather changes here constantly. In the morning it can be 50? and then at 12pm, it is already 70?. I get sick sometimes when that happens. Too much constant change.
February 20, 200422 yr yah I know what you mean. Why can't it just stay80 all day! (like it does in my dorm room).
February 20, 200422 yr it's that way everywhere it's gonna get up to 65 here in Greenville. This morning? high 20s.
February 20, 200422 yr "Windsheild factor"? I think you mean "windchill" factor. I have almost forgotten what 50 feels like. The last time it hit 50 in Maine was probably early - mid November. Even today, it's a minor miracle if it reaches 40... Are you in Portland? I love that town! Best chowder in the world!
February 20, 200422 yr Cold weather actually doesn't make you sick. Germs do. very true. No, you don't get sick from the cold weather, but it definetely affects your immune system. It weakens it to the point of making it vulnerable to germs and disease. This coming from an allergy, asthma, bronchitis, pneumonia sufferer. I never had allergies until I moved to New York. The germs there and the weather combined attacked my immune system and I became this sickly person. Weather is a factor.
February 20, 200422 yr For the past two days here in PA it was 35... I rode my bike 15 miles each day because I knew it wasn't going to this warm all the time. 35 and Sunny seems like A heat wave anymore.
