CyggyMarlin
I can't recall a sports movie doing that...well, maybe the 2003 W.S. DVD made a little bit teary-eyed (with pride)... The only movies that really got me were E.T. and Old Yeller
Willie "Mays" Hayes
I cried when i saw airbud when that clown man took buddy away from the boy.
Izzie
Ok I'm not a guy and it's not sports related but oh well. I cried my eyes out to "A Walk to Remember" - chick flick! but damn that was one sad movie. I haven't seen "Radio" but that would make me cry, I'm pretty sure. I don't remember if I cried about "Rudy". There was this one movie that was sad, I forgot what it was called - it was about Parkinson's disease and Robert DeNiro was the main role. Rune
Passion made me cry It didn't make me cry but I had an emotional experience, I can't even really explain. Joy and Sadness at the same time, any person who is a believer and walks out of that theatre and felt nothing is a cold person, IMO.

Buckeye
There was this one movie that was sad, I forgot what it was called - it was about Parkinson's disease and Robert DeNiro was the main role. The movie's title is Awakenings. I cried during the scene when DeNiro's brushing his hair and he has the shakes so bad he can't even do it; his body has betrayed him so utterly, he can't do anything but stare at himself angrily, shaking so badly he can't even do something simple like brush his hair. I'll be honest, I cried during the Royal Tenenbaums when Richie tried to commit suicide. If anyone's ever been that low I think that scene perfectly captures the individual's frame of mind when ready to take their own life. I cried like a baby. Perhaps it's because, at one point in my life, I could have seen myself doing that. A pretty powerful scene... I think perhaps it's kind of forgotten because the rest of the movie is so funny. I don't generally cry during sports movies. Rudy was pretty powerful, but it didn't bring me to tears. Made me want to go out and bust my ass studying (for about a minute) because he worked so hard to get to that point, but not to tears. I got teary-eyed during the scene he awakened and began to function normally and his mom sees him after being basically brain dead for like 20 years. I dunno, that was sad the way they portrayed it. But the shaking part was really sad too. Good movie.
Beinfest4Prez
"Life is Beautiful" is one of the few. If you don't know what it is, it is an Italian movie about the change from a free country to Nazi and the Concentration Camps. It is so sad at the end! :tissue
Lcyberlina
The list of movies at which I cried is long... I'm a girl, I cry at commercials. Nevertheless, from all the movies I have cried in, I can take the ones that cause me to cry long after they're finished and still make me cry after seeing them several times: Bambi The Champ The Lion King Terms of Endearment Legends of the Fall Field of Dreams In summary, any movie at which a parent dies.
