I don't remember seeing one off speed pitch from him tonight. After a few starts he's gonna be figured out and he has nothing in his back pocket to throw. What do you guys think?

Do steroids really make you make better decisions though? He's swinging at things that are low and outside almost every at bat.

I think we're all disappointed because we want this team to put together a good long winning streak to give them a lot of confidence and silly losses like this are just that - silly. Hopefully we can sweep the rest of this series and then handle the slumping cubs.

I think there are a lot of factors that need to be addressed if we want to make it to the end of this season with playoff hopes.? Lowell is just one of many.? The other is definitely attitude.? Obviously when they are scoring 6 or more runs they're gonna look a little more lively than if they are scoring 2 or 3. I think it's not fair that a lot of the people give up on this team after 1 close loss. I mean come on, let's be serious. This team still has heart, still has a goal and still has a lot of talent, they just made a couple key mistakes in this one, especially in the 9th. Even when we win its almost like the Marlins see it as a relief, but when the Nats win, they just try and elevate that energy. They use every game like a huge building block, just like we used to. Enc is sorta fast, but he had Gonzalez and the pitcher behind him (now he's number 5, but that was the lineup). It is important to get on base obviously, but a person on base in front of Cabs and Delgado is a lot more likely to score than Enc in front of AGonz and a pitcher. Both had excellent weeks, but that's why I voted for Castillo over Enc.
