  1. Aw, Doug's a really nice cool guy! And a huge Marlins fan! Stop hating! So at what point does it become a problem to be obsessed with the Marlins!??! Cuz I think I probably crossed the line years ago!!! :whistle What a great way to end the season!!! Can't wait 'til next year...Go Marlins!!!!!!!
  2. YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!! It's about time! I'm so happy now!!!
  3. Wes Obermueller-----> Amarillo Sky!!!!!!!!!!!! Amazing song! It's about time someone has a country song again!
  4. I'm thinking about it but it's finals week here so I'll have to wait and see. oh come on man! Where are your priorities?!?!
  5. what an awesome ending to an awesome game!!!! My voice is absolutely GONE!!!! and my pulse is still racing!!!!! LET"S GO MARLINS!!!!!!
  6. 1. New Stadium 2. Consistant commitment to winning 3. Time for natural born Marlins fans to grow into adults exactly I think this is the biggest issue...once this happens, we'll start having a really strong fan base! Yay for graduating and making money!!!
  7. Over the last 14 seasons I have been an avid heckler. I have been fliped off, cursed at and even theaten to fights by visiting player. I think that we as fans sitting in our fishtank seats need to make it as unpleasent for opposing players as possible. With the stadium being as empty as it is these players can hear nearly everyword. I am in no way suggesting that any fans throw things at players or on to the field, or even use cures words. there are many creative things that can be said to visiting team. Make it your buisness to be out there next week against the stinking MUTS. GO FISH!!!! you should join us out in left, by the visitors bullpen...we always heckle and yell and such...the more the merrier! :lol You guys are a trip. Love the new De Aza cheer, btw, haha.. I heckle the opposing bullpen. Nothing nasty, but just try to get in their heads sometimes. If they were in Philly or NY, it would be a thousand times worse. Got kicked out by the Mets once, their bullpen catcher is a punk. see, the trick is to befriend the bullpen catchers just enough so that they don't kick you out...we actually made signs for the Mets BP catcher last season cuz we really love to razz him...Then you can really say whatever you want and be realllly annoying...I guess I've gotten so bad over the past few years that now the bull pen catchers recognize me out of town, even when I'm not in Marlins gear! Yeah, the De Aza cheer is great, with the exception of the pain in my throat the day after! it's worth it though...watch out for some new stuff in the next few series! Racaniello, I believe. He starts crap, he's one of ot he few that talks back when you heckle.. I give him my cutomary, "Who are you?? Go play catch" (sarcastic tone). lol Brewers series I cheered for Turnbow when he came out to the 'pen. "Turnbow!, whoo!, Derrick! You the man!!" .. Then every other pitcher that came out, I'd say the exact same thing, Turnbow or not, lol. Nothing personal but if I were sitting next to you I'd tell you to sit down and be quiet. you're no fun I'd have to agree :thumbdown
  8. I guess we'll be seeing a bit more of Ross then. Yayyyyyy!!! Bring back Reggie! Please!!!!!!

  11. So anyways, this thread deserves no intelligent response. So, to you sir, I say: Your mom said it was a loooooooooooonnng one last night. I hope my post has been able to match the insight of yours. ha ha ha good one
  12. i think it's Miami Lakes, but they're pretty much all the same right?
  13. Where do you go to law school? st. thomas university
  14. Me and 3 of my friends will be there!!!! We're so pumped! We'll all probably be rocking teal cowboy hats so loook for us:-) Then we're going to the Panthers vs. Capitals hockey game on Tuesday! My kinda week! How are you guys able to attend so many away games. Are you still in college? I'll probably fail all my classes if I missed so many days (If I don't go to class I get a 0 for that day). I'm in law school right now, so I can't miss class like I used to in undergrad (although even then I had to save my "absent days" for Marlins games) so I just never miss so I can go to fun road trips and such:-) I'll tough it out with a 102 fever, so long as I have enough allowed absent days left:). Otherwise, I just wait til summer, spring break and weekends to do the road trips/spring training stuff...
  15. so what's the weather gonna be like? There has been such a wide/varying rage on weather.gov/com for the last few weeks and i want to pack appropriately:-)
